BREAKFAST is just as it should be in this operatic setting: an inspiring overture for the day, composed of organic bread and pastries, gingerbread and madeleines, imaginative home-made jams and freshly squeezed fruit juices. Like the ingredients, the décor changes with the seasons: we may serve you on the terrace overlooking the garden or in the shade of the pergolas or even indoors, with a log fire burning in the ancient hearth.

DINNER is a virtuoso performance, both innovative and traditional. Using the freshest ingredients from the region, Lucie and Emmanuel conjure up the flavours of childhood in their cooking. Their meals deserve to be savoured in the season’s setting, on warm summer nights on the terrace or on cooler evenings in the dining room with its motif of birds, by candle light.

For the apéritif, we propose a chilled sauternes; for dinner, a generous red wine from the Graves region of Bordeaux.
